WELCOME to Broken Bow RV Park, located in Escalante, Utah; in the heart of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.

The wide open spaces offer exceptional opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, fishing, and biking. For those who enjoy four-wheeling and ATV adventures, an extensive network of off-road trails can be found throughout the region. Terrain varies from classic western red-rock spires to alpine forests. You can ride directly from our park on Smokey Mountain Road and head out toward Hole in the Rock Road for some great riding. Within minutes from our park, you can be in the desert, enjoying hiking in slot canyons or in the Dixie National Forest at 9000 feet amongst the pines and aspens, fishing for trout. Escalante State Park and Petrified Forest is only 1/2 mile away and Calf Creek State Park is 15 minutes (must see waterfall!) See Area Information for more details.

Plan on spending more than a day as there is more to do here than most people realize. To start with; our friendly, small town has full services with a grocery store, bank, post office, restaurants, art galleries and automotive services. The gorgeous scenery is awe-inspiring and we supply several free maps that will give you lots of options for local points of interest and things to do.

We're the perfect choice for your base camp while you tour the area with Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park only 1 hour to the west and Capital Reef Nat'l Park 1 1/2 hours to the East.

Meanwhile, back at camp, we offer full hookups, 30/50 Amp, all pull-thrus with free Wi-Fi, so you can get away, but also stay connected as you desire. We take pride in having clean, modern showers, restrooms and laundromat. Tim and Denise Olson took over ownership July 2007 and we are making improvements and welcome your comments and suggestions.
